COMBINE barbecue sauce, salad dressing and Chile 'n Lime Hot Sauce. Reserve 2/3 cup for dressing.
POUR remaining mixture over steak in plastic bag. Seal bag and refrigerate 30 minutes or up to 3 hours.
GRILL or broil steak 15 minutes for medium-rare. Slice steak and serve over lettuce, tomato and cucumber. Drizzle with reserved dressing. Garnish with olives, if desired.
