Buffalo Chicken Chili with Black Beans and Corn

SEASON chicken with salt. Heat oil in 6 quart sauce pot over medium-high heat and brown chicken in 2 batches. Remove chicken. Add onion, pepper and garlic and cook 4 minutes or until softened.
Stir in tomatoes, FRANK'S RedHot Cayenne Pepper Sauce , cumin and chicken. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes or until chicken is done.
Stir in beans and corn and cook 2 minutes or until heated through. Garnish with your favorite cheese, green onions and sour cream if desired. Serve with additional Frank's RedHot.
For a fun serving idea, top tortilla chips with shredded cheese and bake until melted. Place a few chips on top of chili when serving.
