DEEP FRY wings at 375°F (HIGH) for 10 minutes or until fully cooked and crispy; drain.
FOR ORIGINAL BUFFALO WINGS: COMBINE Frank's RedHot Sauce and butter. Dip wings in sauce to coat.
TWIST 1: add 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate and 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon to Frank's RedHot butter mixture for a Sweet & Spicy recipe.
TWIST 2: add 1 tablespoon chili powder and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder to Frank's RedHot butter mixture for a Tex-Mex recipe.
TWIST 3: add 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce and 2 teaspoons ground ginger to Frank's RedHot butter mixture for an Asian recipe.
Tips: For equally crispy wings, bake wings 30 minutes at 450°F, or grill 20 to 25 minutes over medium heat.
