PLACE salad dressing, Chile 'n Lime Sauce and cilantro in blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Reserve 2/3 cup.
POUR remaining sauce over steak in deep dish. Cover; refrigerate 30 minutes or up to 3 hours.
GRILL or broil steak 8 minutes per side for medium-rare or to desired doneness. Grill vegetables for 5 minutes or until tender and charred. Let steak rest 5 minutes. Coarsely chop vegetables and slice steak. Serve in flour tortillas with reserved sauce. Serve with desired garnishes.
