Hawaiian Flatbread Hawaiian Flatbread Makes: 8 servings 2 packages flatbread or naan bread 1 cup FRANK'S RedHot® Spicy Sweet & Sour Sauce 2 8 oz. packages diced ham 1 medium red onion 1 canned cup crushed pineapple 4 oz. goat cheese Cut into smaller pieces to serve as an appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages flatbread or naan bread
  • 1 cup FRANK'S RedHot® Spicy Sweet & Sour Sauce,divided
  • 2 packages 8 oz. diced ham
  • 1 medium red onion,diced
  • 1 cup canned crushed pineapple,drained
  • 4 oz. goat cheese

Directions

PREHEAT oven to 350°F.

BRUSH 2 tablespoons Spicy Sweet & Sour sauce over each flatbread.

SPRINKLE each flatbread with 4 oz. ham, 1/4 cup pineapple, onion, and 1 oz. goat cheese. Bake directly on center oven rack 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Squirt on additional Spicy Sweet & Sour Sauce; cut in half to serve.

- Tips

Cut into smaller pieces to serve as an appetizer.
