COMBINE cantaloupe and mango in blender or food processor. Cover; process until very smooth. (Process in batches if necessary.) Transfer to large bowl. Stir in yogurt, honey, Frank's RedHot Sauce and ginger. Cover; refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
STIR in ginger ale just before serving. Garnish with mint, if desired.
