Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1/4 cup FRANK'S® RedHot® Rajili® Sauce
  • 2 cups hot cooked rice
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple
  • 8 slices cooked bacon
  • flour tortillas (10-inch)

Directions

Preheat grill or broiler. Coat chicken with Rajili Sauce. Grill 12 minutes, turning once, until chicken is done. Let cool slightly then thinly slice.

Arrange chicken, rice, pineapple and bacon down center of tortillas. Squeeze on additional Rajili Sauce. Fold in ends, roll up and serve.
