COMBINE Chile 'n Lime Hot Sauce, barbecue sauce, and cilantro. Mix 1/3 cup sauce mixture with sour cream; reserve.
POUR remaining sauce mixture over steak in resealable plastic food storage bag. Seal bag and refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
GRILL steak 15 minutes for medium-rare. Grill vegetables until charred. Slice steak and chop vegetables. Serve in tortillas with reserved sauce.
