Ingredients

  • 4 lbs. beef; thin cut, boneless brisket
  • 12 oz. FRANK'S® RedHot® Rajili® Sauce
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice or orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon grass,paste

Directions

PLACE brisket in slow cooker.

MIX Rajili Sauce, juice and lemon grass together and pour over meat.

COOK on high four hours.

- Tips

Can be eaten sliced or pulled and made into tacos topped with Asian cole slaw.
