MIX salad dressing and 1/4 cup Kickin' BBQ Sauce in resealable plastic food storage bag. Add steak; seal bag tightly. Marinate in refrigerator 1 hour or overnight. Combine remaining Kickin' BBQ Sauce with mayonnaise; set aside.
GRILL steak over high heat 10 min. per side for medium-rare or to desired doneness. Let steak stand 5 min. Slice steak diagonally
ASSEMBLE wraps: spread about 1 tbsp. mayonnaise mixture on each tortilla. Top with some of the steak, lettuce, tomatoes and avocado. Fold bottom third of each tortilla over filling; fold sides towards center. Tightly roll up to secure filling. Cut in half to serve. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
