Roasting the cauliflower whole makes prep a breeze and gives you the added bonus of a great tableside presentation.
PREHEAT oven to 400°F.
CUT the stem off the cauliflower as close to the base as possible and remove any leaves. Place cauliflower, stem side down, on a shallow baking pan.
COMBINE oil and salt and rub all over cauliflower. Bake 30 minutes or until almost tender. Cover loosely with aluminum foil if cauliflower starts to get too brown.
POUR Rajili sauce evenly over cauliflower. Bake 10 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
